FAQ

What does "rehabbed" furniture mean?

We take solid old pieces, clean them up, make structural or cosmetic repairs, and refinish or paint them by hand. We keep as much of the original grain and character as we can, so expect a few honest marks of age — that's part of what makes each piece special.

Do you ship furniture, or is it local pickup?

Furniture is big and heavy, so each listing explains whether that piece is available for local pickup in north Louisiana, regional delivery, or freight/carrier shipping. Have a question about a specific piece? Reach out on our Contact page.

What condition are the antiques in?

Antiques and timeworn finds are old, and they show their history. Expect honest wear like patina, age crazing, small chips, scratches, or weathered finishes. We photograph and describe each piece individually so you can see the exact item you're getting. Antiques are sold as-is.

Are your pieces one of a kind?

Almost always, yes. Even when we find a matching pair or set of similar items, we photograph and catalog each piece individually so you see its exact grain and patina. When a piece sells, it's gone for good.

How long does shipping take on smaller antiques & finds?

Smaller antiques and vintage finds that qualify for parcel shipping are packed carefully by hand and typically ship out within 2 to 5 business days, plus carrier transit time. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Because our rehabbed furniture and antique finds are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, all sales are final and sold as-is. However, if an item arrives damaged in transit or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
