Solid wood furniture is big and heavy, so pickup, regional delivery, or shipping is arranged piece by piece. Each listing explains the pickup or delivery options for that specific item, and we'll reach out promptly after your order to coordinate a convenient time.
Antiques & timeworn finds
Smaller antiques and vintage finds are packed carefully by hand with plenty of protection and typically ship within 2 to 5 business days, plus carrier transit time. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If a larger or fragile antique requires special shipping or pickup arrangements, we'll note it in the listing and coordinate with you directly.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs for shippable items are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and location. Local pickup in north Louisiana is always free when arranged in advance.
Returns on antiques & rehabbed furniture
Because every piece of rehabbed furniture and antique find is a one-of-a-kind vintage item, all pieces are sold as-is and described as honestly and thoroughly as we can, with individual photos showing the exact item and any honest wear. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll work it out with you.
Lost package or wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll gladly help get it reshipped to you (additional reshipping postage may apply).
